Why exercising is so important!!

Exercising is something that makes you feel amazing. It allows more oxygen to flow through your brain and you feel energized to conquer anything. Physical exercise can also improve your health and reduce your risk of developing several diseases. Some examples include: reducing your risk of a heart attack, managing your weight, have a lower blood cholesterol level, have lower blood pressure, to mention a few. But overall, you will feel better. You will have more energy, be in a better mood, feel more relaxed, and sleep better. Exercise can put you in a healthier state of mind. By being outside or working out in the gym you can expel that tension you have or it can distract you from your daily worries. It also changes the levels of chemicals in your brain. Such as serotonin, endorphins, and stress hormones. Exercising with other people also increases your opportunity for social interaction. This is important because most humans need social contact with others. It’s always fun to work out with your buddies and goof around, but still getting those reps in. Physical activity keeps your bones and muscles young and strong. When you get your heart rate up you are strengthening your heart and the amount of oxygen that is flowing through your body is insane. The more oxygen the better for your brain. Another fun way to work out is listening to music. If you are someone who doesn’t like to work out, then listen to music. It will distract you from what you are doing but will also pump you up to keep going and to help reach your goal.
