Why a healthy life style is so important!!

Eating healthy, exercising, and being in a good positive mental state is so important. You need to treat your body like a temple, because it is one. When you are under stress or going through some drama, your body and mind take the hit. The dark sides can make you feel very down and depressed. Eating healthy and exercising can help with this. Getting outside and breathing the fresh air and expelling all the energy you have can make your body and mind feel amazing. Exercising is such a key part in having a good mental state. When you exercise you become stronger both physically and mentally. You feel like you can do anything and conquer the world! Exercising can also make you feel more energized and be more confident. Having this mind set you can accomplish so many things in just one day. I know for me exercising helps me a lot because it gets me in the mood to actually do homework. It makes me open my mind and just take everything in. Having a healthy life style will attract people with the same mind set as you. When you are surrounded with people that have the same positive mind set you will thrive, but if you are surrounded by people with a negative outlook on life you will feel very dark. Having a physically healthy body can make you more confident. I know it’s not all about the looks but some people feel more confident when they are doing exercise. Being physically healthy makes you feel good and fresh!
